All Delta tub and shower faucets are engineered to keep the water temperature within a safe ±3.6° F (±1.7° C)*. This technology makes sure your family doesn’t experience a sudden and possibly unsafe change in water temperature as a result of running water elsewhere, such as using a dishwasher, flushing a toilet or running a washing machine.
Delta thermostatic tub and shower faucets are built with TempAssure valves, while pressure balance tub and shower faucets are built with Delta Monitor valves. Both feature an adjustable handle limit stop that, when properly set, helps ensure the handle cannot be turned to a position that is too hot for comfort.

GREAT SHOWER TRIM
We bought this for a bath remodel. We love the thermostatic temperature control. It works great. We changed out the shower head because we were not crazy about the hooked rod it was on and wanted a more "rain shower" experience.

GREAT FEATURES!
We remodeled our master bath using all Delta products. The features the Lahara TempAssure 17T provide are very nice. We have a grandchild that spends a lot of time in the shower and we don't have to worry about him getting scalded. Looks beautiful as well. We added the handheld as well. Can't go wrong with this pkg.

AWSOME FAUCET
Fantastic shower faucet! The double handle allows you to set you comfort temperature and forget it. Also being able to vary the water pressure if helpful to conserve hot water. We have been using this handle with a Delta In2ition shower head.
